i Lysefjord
FARiL is a residency project, for visual artists comming from outside Norway.
Two artists each year at any time, are chosen for a stay of one month each.
The artist i expected to work with one’s own research during the stay and to share it in what ever suitable way with the public. The sharing can be shaped in any form suitable to the work as for ex. a lecture, an installation, a performance, an exhibition, an interactiv work.
The organizer produces the appartment free of charge for the artist, a suitable working space and a grant of 3000 €.

I fpund your artist in residence blog / site – seems to be a very interesting thing; I would like to know more about it and ways of how to apply. I am an artist working in different fields from sculpture to photography. I live in Paris, France, but my origins are Yugoslav.
